Rossview Girls Basketball Tryouts 2013

Basketball tryouts will be the week of Monday September 30th, thru Oct. 4th from 2:30-4:00. All girls interested in the tryouts will be required to have a physical examination form and a clearance form completed by a physician. The forms are located on the website below. I have also attached a copy.

All girls interested in basketball report to the first tryout on their respective grade level date. Please have your Physical exam and clearance form.

Monday September 30th 1 6^th grade girls 2:30-4:00

Tuesday October 1st 7^th and 8^th grade girls 2:30-4:00

Wednesday October 2nd 6^th grade girls 2:30-4:00 (Invite Only)

Thursday October 3rd 7^th and 8^th grade girls 2:30-4:00 (Invite Only)

Friday October 4th All grades girls Invite Only 2:30-4:00            

Team roster will be posted on the front doors to the school on Friday October 4th after 5:00 p.m.

Rossview  Middle School girls basketball team will be selected based on skill level, performance, attitude, and effort.

Official team practice begins Monday October 7th 4:00-5:30. We will continue this schedule throughout the week.

RMS is asking for Work-Out Equipment Donations

CALLING all Work-Out Equipment Donations: The Physical Education Department would

like to accept any gently-used treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, yoga balls and weights that you have at home. Donations will be accepted on SATURDAY, SEPT 21st between 8-10am at the back of the building by the shed/field. If you have questions, please contact Ms. Luther at mary.luther@cmcss.net.

RHS Homecoming Parade Information (Sept. 26th 2013)

ROSSVIEW's HOMECOMING Week is SEPT 23-27.
ANY child that plans to participate

with a pre-approved team in the ROHS Parade MUST have a note signed by a parent on Sept 26th for the 1pm parade. No exceptions.

RMS School Picture Day

School Picture Day is scheduled for September 20th. Photos will be taken during your child's Related Arts class. Remember: don't wear green or you'll be a floating head in the picture. So put on your best smile and make sure you get your picture taken on Sept. 20th!  If your child is absent that day, Make-up day for photos are schedule in October after Fall Break.
