Band Field Trip Information to Parents
May
6, 2013
Dear Band Parents:
On Friday, May
10th, we will be taking the top sellers from our fundraiser on the “trip
to the
movies” prize trip. This is a reward for all the kids who sold 15 items
or more. We will be seeing “the Croods”, a PG rated movie. We will be leaving Rossview Middle School at
about 8:30am and returning to Rossview Middle School after lunch. I plan on stopping at a fast food restaurant
for lunch. We will provide
transportation and cover the cost of the movie. Students will need enough money
to pay for their lunch at a restaurant like Taco Bell or Burger King, or maybe
the food court at the mall.
In order for your child to attend
this event, the bottom portion of this letter must be filled out and returned
by Thursday, May 9th.
I will need
at least 10 parents to accompany us on this trip as chaperones. If you can help chaperone this trip please
fill out the chaperone form on the back of this letter and return it asap.
Thanks,
Mike
Ansberry
Rossview
Middle School
