Volunteer Opportunites for Parents of Rossview Middle School

We have lots of opportunities to help out the teachers & staff at RMS if you are interested. Your donated time allows us to improve on the quality of activities and fun at Rossview Middle School. If you are interested, please sign up at the Family Connect Site by clicking on the link. LINK

Here is a list of some of the activites we could use some volunteers for:

Upcoming 5th Graders Meeting: (4/22/2014)

Parent Information Session for 5th grade parents at 6-7pm at ROMS Theater on

(4/22/14): Topics that will be address will be information includes:

• Classes & Scheduling
• Possible Changes to 5th Grader's Experience at RMS
• Answers about Lockers, Classes, Electives, Lunch, Rezoning, etc.

Please come out and attend this important meeting to discuss the updates coming to Rossview Middle School in Fall 2014.

TCAP Week April 28th-May 2nd (We Need Proctors)

Talent Show Interest Meeting (4/7/14)

Talent Show Interest Meeting Monday, April 7th for students held after school until 4pm.

Students must attend this meeting in order to audition. Talent Show will be held Tuesday, May 6th in the evening.

Extended Days: Change to Afterschool Club Times.

Make-Up Time for CMCSS begins April 7th and ends April 24th. The regular school day will

end at 2:45pm during that time. AfterSchool Clubs will continue to meet as normal. Car riders will be dismissed at their REGULAR time (4:10pm). Bus riders will be dismissed 30 minutes later than usual at 4:40pm. Please be advised that late buses may not arrive at homes until possibly 5:30pm when running rain routes. The LAST DAY of AfterSchool Clubs will be April 25th.

AAU Mini-Tournament at RMS Gym During Spring Break (March 29-30th)

AAU Basketball will be playing in a small tournament hosted at Rossview Middle School from

March 29-30. Teams will begin play at the RMS Gym.

Tickets are available.


Mar 29: AAU basketball tournament. Sell concessions from 9am until 7pm.

Mar 30: AAU basketball tournament. Sell concessions from 9am until 5pm.
